To be honest, I almost did not write this review. The reading experience was just so painfully awkward that I put it off as long as I could.

To say that this book was an easy read would like saying that climbing Mount Everest was like a beach getaway. All the characters slowly descend into madness and without knowing, the reader might too.

Once again, Simone Elise does it. I had high expectations for how the book would turn out and I did not have to be disappointed.

February Wrap-Up and March TBR

Another month has fled from our hands for good. It's funny how you rarely think about that the time we have lived we'll never get back. There won't ever be a February 2018 ever again. Too deep? Back to lighter business...

She promised that all will burn. It's right there on the cover. I have always wanted to think I am an optimist when it comes to books, so not believing the clear sign on the cover was the way to go. Now, after a year of postponing, I picked it up. I ignored the clear warning on the cover. And burned.

 Rarely do I pick up a book not knowing too much about it. Even rarer is that I dive in blindly. But, since exception proves the rule, here we are. Can't say I am disappointed.
